She couldn’t bear the thought of it. Andrea looked up at the lights in the ceiling. “I don’t care who’s on if it’s not you,” Andrea said. “I love to dance,” they said. Oh God, she thought, not now…
But there was no going back now. They were sweating together now, and Andrea’s head spun around and around. Leila pulled her in further. It took them both a while to notice each other. “The freak is here.”
Andrea pretended not to hear them.
