I heard the door close, and I poured some wine. But then I had seen her. XXX “ I’ll be down watching TV if you need me.”
I turned the corner and stood there, waiting. “Are you going to take it I said!”
“Yes!” She cried through tears. She knew the way I looked at her, or she at least sensed it. Jennifer was out at her book club and Blair sat curled up in an arm chair reading a book. Ugh. I drove faster and arrived five minutes later in the drive way. She’s a virgin. She smiled and rolled her eyes. “Blair.” I said suddenly, not fully aware what I was doing.
