“I can respect that.” said mom. I’m going to buy some Christmas presents for you both, and I’ll need to get them inside and wrapped up before you see them.” sad their mom. “I just owe her for a trick she played on me the other day, and this is my payback.”
“What trick?” he asked. “What are you doing?” she said desperately. I’ve SEEN you alone in your room at night. I don’t see why people talk about it, either, like it’s the best thing since sliced bread.”
